Founded in 1968 in Sassuolo, by Giovanni Rivi, Rivi Magnetics is driven today by Davide and Roberta Rivi and it produces magnetic systems for rapid mould anchoring systems in various sectors of the manufacturing industry: rubber, plastic, shearing and deformation of sheet metal, up to clamping of parts on machine tools and forming of ceramic tiles.
The determination and efforts of the Research and Development department have allowed Rivi Magnetics to register international patents that qualify it as a top company in magnetic systems for temperatures above 160 degrees.
Particularly with its magnetopermanent system for high temperatures (up to 240°), Rivi Magnetics has revolutionised the mould-change in presses for moulding rubber and TPE materials.
Performance continuously improves with Rivi Magnetics solutions: increasingly cutting-edge equipment and machinery allow processes and methodologies to be developed, which focus directly on excellence, in Lean Production and Clean Production logic, while enhancing operator safety and reducing the quantity of processing waste, in an increasingly sustainable perspective.
System validity is verified by over fifty years of experience in designing and producing systems and thousands of applications installed all around the world, as well as the direct participation in EN and ISO standardisation groups.
