Panaro SRL’s primary requirement was to enhance the moulding process on presses with different tonnages (from 160 to 850 tonnes) to ensure greater versatility and adaptability of their mould fleet. This enhancement allows them to produce a wider range of cases of various sizes and configurations, keeping in mind that employee safety and environmental respect are fundamental priorities for them.

To meet the specified needs and achieve the desired objectives, M-Tecs P systems were developed. These are magnetic clamping systems designed for quick mould changes on injection presses.
The M-Tecs P systems are the solution for the quick and safe change of moulds for thermoplastic materials, specifically developed according to the customer’s specific requirements.

Our systems can be installed on any type of injection press with operating temperatures up to 120°C (and up to 240°C upon customer request).
